Infocean Technology Company Limited is one of the leading information security solutions and infrastructure solutions provider in Hong Kong. We are looking for a candidate to fill the following position:

Information Security Officer/ Senior Information Security Officer

Responsibilities

Responsible for IT security related administration and operation;
Support Implement and documentations to IT security projects;
Research and evaluate latest security threats;
Assist in risk monitoring and preparing reporting;

Requirements

University degree, preferably in computer science or related disciplines;
At least 3 years working experience in IT security in financial sector (insurance preferably);
Ability to understand business impact of information security risks;
Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese;
Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work independently;
Self-motivated to work independently and strong passion for learning and growth

Helpdesk Support Engineer (5-day work)

Responsibilities:

Provide Help Desk Support for office application questions to customer
Provide support, trouble shooting and solutions to problems on desktop application.

Requirements:

F.5 or Diploma in Computer Studies or above.
Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Computer support.
Familiar with common desktop application and Windows XP/7 would be advantage
Experience on system administration and system support
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. (including Putonghua)
